IMPACT recognizes that many businesses
are stunted due to a lack of adequate business expertise and/or capital
resources (i.e. funding, assets, etc.). The vision of the Managing
Principal and CEO Marcia Morrison is that businesses with a viable strategy
and plan to succeed deserve a chance at real success - despite limited
resources. Bottom line: the resources to launch and grow
your business do exist, and IMPACT prides itself in being the agent
and liaison to connect your business with the needed funding and assistance
to put feet to your dreams and make your success a reality.
Entrepreneurship has been deemed the
quickest route to wealth. Therefore, Marcia Morrison has a vision
to assist in launching two women's businesses per year by providing
start-up capital that is substantial enough to be meaningful and make
a difference in the early stages of entrepreneurship. Our firm
accomplishes this goal through the annual IMPACT Women's Business Plan
Competition. While we understand that business is not limited
to women, we also recognize that women are faced with intricate challenges
that need additional assistance to overcome. And IMPACT is poised
and attempts to address some of these challenges through its annual
business plan competition. IMPACT welcomes sponsorship and partnership
in our efforts to launch women's businesses.

Examples of Client Engagements:
- A multi-million dollar multi-media
conglomerate engaged and contracted IMPACT to assist in securing capital
funding of $7.7 million and to assist in providing the commensurate
high-level strategic guidance to achieve its long-term vision.
- A multi-million dollar international
oil and energy client engaged IMPACT to secure nearly $17 million in
investor funding to expand its business operations through the acquisition
of oil wells.
