Integrated Strategy, Operations & Capital Resource Consulting
IMPACT provides professional consulting
services to our clients to assist in business expansion and development
by securing capital resources (i.e. debt and equity financing from investors)
and assisting to assess the most optimal high-level business strategy
and operations that align with the capital requirement. To this end,
IMPACT leverages the following capabilities to support our clients:

IMPACT provides the following services
outlined below in our approach to the high-level strategy/operations
review and capital funding process:
- IMPACT will work to understand
the nature of your capital request and business development requirements
and gathers information about your organization, specific needs and
timeline for capital funding.
- IMPACT will analyze the information
from both a qualitative and quantitative aspect, assessing both financial
and operating projections for soundness of intent and clarity. At this
point, IMPACT may challenge certain key assumptions and provide guidance
to revise any business plans and financial projections accordingly.
IMPACT will conduct its review and synthesize client information appropriately
to present on a preliminary basis to potential investors of interest
to provide the platform for continued dialogue regarding our client‘s
investment opportunity.
- IMPACT will conduct a gap
analysis, identify additional opportunities to our clients and make
recommendations that will position our clients as attractive investment
targets, increasing their probability for funding.
- IMPACT will then verify with
its clients clarity and accuracy of the data provided and allow clients
to validate their assumptions used in its plans and projections. IMPACT
recommendations, high-level analysis and knowledge-based suggestions
are based on information clients provide.
- Based on our analysis of the
data, we will present alternative strategies or courses of action to
meet your capital funding objectives and to mitigate any critical issues
or risks. Any alternatives will be based on best information and
the expertise of IMPACT and/or its partners and affiliates.
- Once IMPACT and the client
confirm the total capital requested and on how to best present the client
to the investors, IMPACT will host and facilitate meeting(s) between
our client and investors of interest. IMPACT further provides
guidance to our clients on how best to synthesize and prioritize its
presentation to investors to assist in ensuring a robust and healthy
dialogue and to ensure the investor gains the proper view of our client's
project and investment opportunity.
- At the conclusion of the investor
presentation(s), IMPACT will continue to liaison and coordinate between
our client and the investor(s) to facilitate the provision of any additional
information that may be requested by investors. IMPACT will further
correspond with investors and leverage its relationship and reputation
with investors in the best interest of our client to sell the project
and recommend funding based on the viability of the project opportunity.
- To ensure client satisfaction,
our client will be requested to sign off on an acknowledgment of successful
completion and closure of the engagement.
