IMPACT has a heart for women professionals,
including entrepreneurs, business leaders and homemakers alike.
Although homemaking is not typically considered to be a profession,
running a home properly requires proper planning, project management
and business skills as a household is an organized unit with a hierarchical
structure, budget, income, expenses, etc. A household is a mini
business that requires efficiency and multi-tasking to run successfully.
This is particularly why IMPACT embraces, honors and supports women
of all professions in expanding to next dimensions and encouraging them
to take quantum leaps to achieve their destiny and business goals.
To support and appeal to the specific
needs of women in business and entrepreneurship, IMPACT provides a suite
of services and capabilities in our Center of Excellence (COE), namely
those identified below:

Woman-to-Woman Mentoring
Program
Success is not success at all without
a successor. Therefore, IMPACT is currently designing our mentoring
program to connect accomplished, successful professional women with
up-and-coming trailblazers across all industries who simply need a little
guidance, support, advice and a lunch-and-learn from time to time.
IMPACT recognizes that no one is successful on his/her own and that
once we reach certain levels of accomplishment, it becomes incumbent
upon us to turn around, reach back and pull another sister along her
way. Our give-back as a firm is to set up an informal program
to support effective mentoring that is seamless and easy for both the
mentor and mentee.
If you are interested in giving back
and serving as a mentor or are in need of a mentor, we invite and encourage
you to fill out the form below indicating your industry, profession,
etc. and IMPACT will contact you soon to identify and pair you up with
a suggested mentor or mentee in your industry or area of interest.

It is important that business professionals get out and create and maintain
professional relationships. IMPACT's Women's Professional Development

so that we as women can leverage a centralized database of great, intelligent,
IMPACTful women. This network is excellent for job recruiting,
marketing your business or skills, etc. IMPACT will further host networking
